Refund policy

At Poppin Socks, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and refunds process. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at info@poppinsocks.com.au to request a return authorization.
  2. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.
  4. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Parcel Locker 10083 03561, 26 Brookhollow Avenue, Norwest, NSW 2153.


If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you information on a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 


Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item(s).

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s).
  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@poppinsocks.com.au.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like worn items. Please ensure you read the product material first and check the sizing details to make sure the product is right for you. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the returns process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item(s)
