Shipping policy

We ship from Sydney Australia. We will attempt to make all shipments within 12 to 48 hours of receipt or full payment. We are a small company and recognise the importance of fast shipping to the survival of our company, however, we also recognise that significant life events can impact on our business.

We will also not sell stock in advance to minimise the impact to our valued customers, however, in a very few small cases where we may have had to replace items, our stock calculations maybe off by 1 or 2 units; therefore, in some cases may cause a delay. If this occurs, we should be able to identify it when we go to pack the order hopefully within 12 to 48hrs. We will of course contact you, let you know the situation and ask for your guidance on if you want a full refund, swap the item for one in stock or would like to wait for the new stock which may take about 4 weeks if all is going well.
